1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You changed your mind about the purchase.
• The product is damaged during transit.
• The product is defective or not as intended.
• You received the wrong item.

 

2. Conditions

• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please provide unboxing video.
